Popular music artiste in Kogi State, Yunique fondly called Oziori has been arrested by the Chief of Staff to Okene Local Government Area of the state, Zubair Amoka.
ebirareporters.com gathered that Yunique was whisked away from his room at De Villa Guest-Inn Hotel by armed police men reportedly on the orders of Amoka.
Eye witness told our correspondent that the celebrity was beaten before bundled away by the security operatives.
The arrest may not be unconnected to Yunique’s reaction to the widely reported harassment of youths with dreadlocks and other hairstyles in the local government.
Yunique had made a video where he talked tough against the action of the government, urging the youths to stand for their rights.
Amoka’s new found fame as a moral police and Chief Barber in the local government started barely two weeks after his appointment into the local government council.
Recall the reports of reactions which trailed the operation in Kogi when videos went viral, showing youths being forcefully shaved with scissors by the local government team.
