The National Executive Council (NEC) and Fellowship of Gospel Music Minister of Nigeria (FOGMMON) has confirmed Gospel Minister, Victor Adomu popularly called VicPraise as the Kogi State substantive Chairman of the organization.
The confirmation which was announced on Tuesday, followed the resignation of the erstwhile State Chairman, Minister Joshua Kings, formerly deputized by the new Chairman.
Speaking during the confirmation in Lokoja, the International President of FOGMMON, Dr. Asu Ekiye urged VicPraise to build upon the foundation of the organization in the state.
He appealed to all members of the organization in the state to work together with the new leadership and be compliant with the laws binding the operations.
Dr. Ekiye also announced the appointment of Mr. Peter Olotu as the Special Adviser to the National President on projects.
In his remarks, VicPraise appreciated the National Executive Council, and Dr. Ekiye for making out time to oversee his confirmation in the state, assuring of great works in the offing for the state chapter.
“We want to let you know that after now, you will keep hearing of greater exploits and goodnews from Kogi State Chapter. We promise not to disappoint you,” he assured.
VicPraise who has been in the Ministry of gospel music for decades in the state, rejig the wave with the song” ewari’avoni” in 2020.
He is the founder of International Gathering of Worshippers (IGOW), and happily married.
