A former administrator of Bassa Local Government area of Kogi State, Zekeri Samuel Alumka has died.
The politician who contested the Bassa Local Government constituency ticket of the All Progressives Congress in the just concluded primary election, died in a fatal road accident along Lokoja-Abuja road.
Alumka was appointed by Governor Yahaya Bello in May 2016 as one of the 21 administrators of local government areas in the state.
He held the position for about four years before the government eventually conducted council elections in the state.
