The All Progressives Congress (APC) has unveiled Salifu Joel Oyibo as the Deputy Governorship candidate for the November 11th election in Kogi State.
Governor Yahaya Bello, and the governorship candidate Ahmed Usman Ododo unveiled the Deputy nominee on Saturday in Lokoja, the state capital.
Until his nomination, Oyibo was the State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT).
He had also doubled as the State treasurer of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).
Oyibo hails from Ofu Local Government Area of the state.
