Eight students of the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH) Osara, have been expelled from the institution by the Management.
The notice of their expulsion from the institution was contained in a letter signed by the Deputy Registrar (Academics), Mr. Eli Gbadufu.
The Information, Public Relations and Protocol Unit of the university, disclosed this on Wednesday, following the approval of the management.
“The decision was taken by the University Senate at its 30th Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, 29th April, 2026, in line with the institution’s academic policies as contained in the Student Handbook (Page 33, Item 19),” the statement said.
The Deputy Registrar noted the affected students were found guilty of examination misconduct during the First Semester examinations for the 2025/2026 academic session,
He further stated that the students were duly investigated by the Examination Misconduct Committee before the Senate ratified the decision.
