Arsenal have completed the loan signing of David Raya from Brentford for the 2023-24 Premier League campaign.
The deal also includes an option to make the move permanent for a reported 27 million pounds.
Arsenal announced the acquisition of Spanish goalkeeper David Raya from Premier League side Brentford on a season-long loan.
The deal, which is reported to be worth ã3 million ($3.82 million), also includes an option for Arsenal to permanently sign Raya for an additional ã27 million.
Raya, 27, has been a pivotal figure at Brentford since his arrival in 2019, making over 160 appearances and playing a significant role in the club’s promotion to the Premier League in 2021.
His impressive performances have also earned him two caps for Spain, with his debut coming in 2022.
He was also part of Spain’s World Cup squad that travelled to Qatar.
