The Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Edward Onoja has reacted to grapevines and reports of his likelihood to contest the next gubernatorial election in the state.
Onoja reacted on Thursday via his official Facebook page, stating that the presidential ambition of his boss, Governor Yahaya Bello is his current priority.
He said he shall unveil his decision by himself at the appointed time, urging the people to disregard
He posted:
“As at today, the only Political Project that matters is one; THE VILLA PROJECT.
I will encourage every one to channel all energy, time, idea and resources to that all important, generational and history making PROJECT.
It’s clear that it does not only precedes the Kogi Project; but it is indeed a superset of the Kogi Project.
So kindly disregard any group, individual or posters that suggest differently.
At the appointed time my destination after my current office given to me by God Almighty shall be unveiled by me on my verified handles.
