The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State has scheduled Friday June 2nd, 2023 as date for the unveiling of the party’s Deputy Governorship candidate ahead of the November 11th election in the state.
The State Party Chairman, Abdullahi Bello disclosed this in an invitation circular to Party stakeholders, ebirareporters.com reports.
The unveiling of the Deputy Governorship candidate, according to the invitation, would hold at the Glass House in Lokoja, the state capital.
Recall that the party had submitted the name of the governorship candidate, Ahmed Usman Ododo, alongside a placeholder for the Deputy slot, Abdullahi Suleiman to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Serving and elected legislators, Commissioners, Council Chairmen, members of the State Working Committee, Party Chairmen and Leaders, are all the expected attendees of the unveiling.
