The official Facebook page of the Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Yakubu Oseni has been hacked.
Oseni is the Chairman, Senate Committee on Information Communication Technology and Cybercrime.
Since taking over the official page with the name “Senator Dr. Yakubu Oseni,” the hackers had posted three welding related DIY videos on the page at the time of this report.
This development came barely a week after the Senator made a hit on cybercrime as one of the reasons why he voted against the electronic transmission of election results at the Senate plenary.
He cited the volume of cyber attacks by hackers against Nigeria as one of the reasons why his decision on the matter should be appreciated.
