An aide to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State, Mr. Taufiq Isa has resigned his position as Director General, Kogi State Project Monitoring Agency.
Isa conveyed his decision in a letter of resignation addressed to the Governor through the Secretary to the State Government.
He wrote:
“I write to formally tender my resignation from the positions of Director General, Kogi State Projects Monitoring Agency, effective from 29* July, 2024.
“During my time in this role, I have gained valuable experience in project management, stakeholder’s engagement and policy implementation.
“My special appreciation to His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Bello and His Excellency Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for the opportunity given to me to serve in various capacities.
“I believe this skills could be better utilized in a different position that aligns more closely with the strategic priorities of the Government of Kogi State.
“I will always be available at all time to serve the Government of Kogi State when called upon. Thank you for your time and consideration.”
