Kogi statesman and entrepreneur, Khalifa Abdulrahaman Okene on Monday paid a congratulatory visit to the Governor-elect of Kogi State, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo.
Okene who was accompanied by his family members and team, said the emergence of Ododo in the November 11th governorship election was a dream comes true, with votes that exemplified the desire of the people of the state.
He assured the Governor-elect of his continued support towards a successful inauguration, alleviating the lives of the people and developing the state.
He also urged the people to unite behind Ododo to succeed in his administration.
“En route back to base, we made a quick stop to congratulate the Kogi State Governor-elect, His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo.
“As a firm believer in destiny, the emergence of Ododo is another evidence of the workings that are beyond human comprehension. With the elections now behind us, we have the progress and development of our state ahead of us.
“I hope that we all unite much more behind him to succeed, and pray that he makes us all proud. Cheers to a better and greater Kogi state.”
