The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 24 suspected internet fraudsters in Kogi State.

The EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, Mr. Dele Oyewale, disclosed this in a statement on Friday in Abuja.

He said the suspects were arrested on Friday in Lokoja following credible intelligence about their suspected involvement in internet-related offences.

He added that items recovered from them include 30 phones, six laptops, and three cars.

“The suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded,” Oyewale said.
