The lawmaker representing Kogi East senatorial district, Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho unveiled an empowerment program in Idah Federal Constituency to equip local farmers with cutting-edge agricultural equipment and start-up capital to enhance their productivity and livelihoods.
The program featured expert-led sessions on “Human Capital Development and its Implications on Modern Agricultural Practices in Kogi East,” which ignited enthusiasm and hope among participants.
Senator Echocho’s said beneficiaries received agricultural equipment and chemicals, backed with N100,000 cash to each of the beneficiaries.
“This empowerment initiative is poised to have a profound and lasting impact on the community, instilling a spirit of hope and development. By setting a benchmark for community development initiatives in Kogi State, the program demonstrates the transformative power of well-crafted and executed interventions in revitalizing lives and communities’’.
