The Creative Director of Midspecial Concepts, organizer of the event, Abdulhamid Amoto noted that the first edition was a test-run for him to appraise how such events would be embraced by the people in Abuja, “a risk worth taking.” Having seen the overwhelming number of people that graced the event which could have rained on his parade, he has got to take a bigger risk in the next edition that would give much room for a larger audience.

“I am fully convinced that my people surely want to have fun, and ready to pay to get value,” he said.

The icing on the cake was how the people rocked the different cultural fabrics of the ethnic group in shades of pomp and couture, likened to the Paris world of fashion.
