Hon. Excel Onuche David, the Special Senior Assistant (SSA) on Grassroots Sensitisation and Mobilisation to the Kogi State Government, has passed away after a prolonged illness.
His death was confirmed on Wednesday, with the news attracting reactions from political associates, supporters, community members, and those who worked with him during his service to the state.
