Ajaka submitted WAEC Certificate, <a href=\"https:\/\/ebirareporters.com\/2023\/06\/08\/kogi-sdp-candidate-waec-inec\/\">an action which had stirred criticisms across the state.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Causing further confusion, the Principal of Barewa College, Alhassan Isyaku has confirmed that Ajaka attended the school, but did not seat for WAEC there.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Principal stated this in a letter dated Thursday 8th June, 2023 and addressed to the Kogi East Council Forum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAfter additional investigation of our archived records, I confirm that the Muritala Yakubuwith registration number 14667 was a student of the college from 1995 to 1998.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHowever, he did not seat for WAEC in 1998 in the college hence the absence of his name in the 1998 WAEC gazette,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the embattled candidate&#8217;s campaign organization, Faruk Adejoh-Audu, on Friday said there was no cause for alarm,that the candidate never said his result emanated from the school.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Whilst the spokesperson did not reveal where the examination was written, he said it was an \u201cexternal GCE Certificate issued directly to the candidate by the Examination Council.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) for the November 11th governorship election in Kogi State, Murtala&hellip;\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[1781,34,1201,417],"class_list":{"0":"post-7495","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","6":"category-news","7":"tag-barewa-college-zaria","8":"tag-kogi","9":"tag-murtala-yakubu-ajaka","10":"tag-waec"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>&#039;He Attended Our School, But Didn&#039;t Write WAEC,&#039;
