Abubakar Ohere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ramatu had in a suit FHC\/LKJ\/CS\/32\/2022 challenged the victory of Engr. Ohere before the Federal High Court Lokoja alleging anomalies in the conduct of the primary election.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Counsel to the plaintiff, M. S Ibrahim told the court that his client has decided to withdraw the case but did not give reason.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The Counsels to the respondents, M. Y Abdullahi and F. A Kozor did not oppose to the application for the withdrawal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The Judge, Justice P.
