Governor Yahaya Bello on Thursday stated that Kogi State is still the the safest state in Nigeria despite recent criminal activities, promising to bring the criminals to justice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Governor Bello stated this at the burial of the wife of the state House of Assembly Speaker, Pastor Mrs. Esther Kolawole.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bello reiterated that his administration has zero tolerance for any attempt by criminals to destabilize the state, stressing that those behind criminal activities will be flushed out.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Governor in his condolence message to the family of Prince Matthew Kolawole, he reminded everyone to prepare for death at all times and act in accordance with the way of God.<\/span><\/p>\n

He described the deceased as one who was fully dedicated to serving God and humanity, urging sympathizers to learn from her exemplary life.<\/span><\/p>\n

He prayed to God to grant the speaker and his family; the House of Assembly, the people of Kabba Bunu and the entire state fortitude to bear the loss as well as grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest.<\/span><\/p>\n
