Mohammed Sani Baba was sequel to the consideration of a report by the Senate Committee on National Planning and Economic Affairs led by Senator Olubunmi Adetumbi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Presenting his Committee report, Senator Adetumbi said both nominees were adjudged as competent for the position based on available documents and presentations made to the Committee during the screening exercise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The confirmation of the nominees was duly in accordance with the provision of Section 154(1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, in a short remark, congratulated
