… Fortnightly Radio Program, Security Surveillance and Access Control Training, and ICT Training<\/em><\/p>\n The Ebira Icon Initiative #EII, a leading community-driven organization committed to the development and empowerment of Ebira people, is proud to announce its activities for the year 2025. With a focus on education, security, and technology, these programs are designed to address critical needs in our community while fostering growth, unity, and innovation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Secretary of the organization, Hon. (Amb.) Bright Asuku has highlighted the three cardinal programs as follows:<\/p>\n 1. Fortnightly Radio Program tagged: “Ebira Oboro”<\/p>\n Ebira Oboro (good behavior), the flagship radio program of the EII, will continue to air fortnightly on Jatto FM 102.7<\/a>, 8:30pm on Wednesdays from 5th February 2025. This program will serve as a platform to:<\/p>\n \u2022 Promote Ebira culture, values, and traditions.<\/p>\n \u2022 Address key issues affecting the community, including health, education, security, and socio-economic development.<\/p>\n \u2022 Engage stakeholders in constructive dialogue and share success stories within the region.<\/p>\n 2. Security Surveillance and Access Control Training<\/p>\n Recognizing the importance of security in the current socio-economic landscape, the EII will conduct specialized training sessions on Security Surveillance and Access Control. These training programs will equip participants with:<\/p>\n \u2022 Knowledge of modern surveillance systems and technologies.<\/p>\n \u2022 Hands-on skills in access control mechanisms for homes, offices, and public spaces.<\/p>\n \u2022 Strategies for enhancing community safety and crime prevention.<\/p>\n The training will be conducted in collaboration with industry experts and security professionals, ensuring participants receive top-notch guidance and practical knowledge.<\/p>\n 3. ICT Training Programs<\/p>\n The EII remains committed to equipping the youth and other community members with vital ICT skills to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial prospects. The ICT training programs will cover areas such as:<\/p>\n \u2022 Basic and advanced computer operations.<\/p>\n
