{"id":11765,"date":"2024-06-12T22:17:09","date_gmt":"2024-06-12T21:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ebirareporters.com\/?p=11765"},"modified":"2024-06-12T22:17:09","modified_gmt":"2024-06-12T21:17:09","slug":"police-ritualist-kogi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ebirareporters.com\/police-ritualist-kogi\/","title":{"rendered":"Police Arrest Suspected Ritualist with 8 Human Skulls Supplied from Kogi\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Ondo State Police command has nabbed a suspected ritualist, Yusuf\u00a0 Adinoyi with eight human skulls at Isua Akoko, in the Akoko South-East LGA of the state.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Adinoyi, 37, claimed he was travelling from Okene in Kogi to Osogbo, in Osun state, to deliver the human skulls to a herbalist.<\/p>\n<p>The state Police Public Relations Officer, Mrs Funmilayo Odunlami, on Wednesday, explained that police personnel attached to the Police Safer Highway Patrol at the Isua\/Epinmi checkpoint arrested the suspect<\/p>\n<p>Odunlami said, \u201d On June 10, 2024, at about 0800hrs, personnel attached to Police Safer Highway Patrol at Isua\/Epinmi checkpoint while performing their lawful duty flagged down a Nissan Salon car en route to Akure. While the vehicle was being searched, one of the passengers took to his heels and the police pursued and arrested him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis load was searched and eight dry human skulls, fresh human flesh, and charms were found in a wrapped polythene bag concealed in a garri sack he was travelling with.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe suspect, Yusuf Adinoyi, 37 years old, stated that he was going to supply the items to herbalists. He also confessed to having supplied seven human skulls before he was arrested.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11767\" src=\"https:\/\/ebirareporters.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Criminal-300x170.png\" alt=\"Yusuf adinoyi \" width=\"300\" height=\"170\" to apprehend other accomplices.<\/p>\n<p>The PPRO also said it arrested another three persons for involving in robbery activities in Akure, the state
