Armed Robbers on Friday raided the assembly complex of the Kogi State House of Assembly.
The Speaker, Rt Hon Matthew Kolawole disclosed this in Lokoja, stating that the robbers carted away valuables worth millions of naira.
According to him, the Robbers made away with armoured cables, TV sets and other office valuables.
Kolawole decried the porosity of security at the assembly complex, and called for an overhaul.
Meanwhile, the House of Assembly had just commenced the third legislative session without a celebration due to the industrial action embarked upon by Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN)
